After conducting through feasibility testing, we are pleased to announce the availability of a Theoryshare USBJTAG solution. Because if its competitive price, and expansive feature set we have decided to offer the Blackcat USB as our official USBJTAG solution. While not as fast as some other JTAGs available for sale we are able to offer this excellent, and reliable product for only $29.99 with one free solderless pin header included, or for $24.99 with the purchase of a pre-modified modem. This is 50% less than the price our competitors sell their similar products for. This JTAG is not the same as that sold at USBJTAG.com, or from the many sellers on Ebay, and we encourage all users to view our new FAQ, entitled JTAG Types Discussed avilabile now in the FAQ section of the site. We are pleased to announce the availability of several new products which have been in production for some time. First is our new USB TTL Console Kit. Using this kit you can connect the console output of a compatible cable modem such as the DPC2100 or SB4200 to your computer via USB port. In conjunction with the release of this product we will be publishing several tutorials over the next few days detailing the modification of several new models using our new TTL Kit. |

In addition to the USB TTL Kit we are also pleased to offer the Pre-Modified Webstar DPC2100 cable modem to our lineup. The DPC2100 is based on the BCM3349 CPU just like the SB5101, and runs the Haxorware firmware developed by Rajkosto. In doing so the DPC2100 provides a similar feature set to the SB5101. It is designed to replace the older, less reliable DCM315, and SB4200. In addition to these products we also have available in limited quantities Pre-modified RCA DCM425s, and Ambit 250s. Both of these modems were tested exclusively alongside the DPC2100 as a candidate to replace the DCM315, and the DPC2100 won out due to its low cost, high reliability, and ease of production. As a result we are selling all of the other modems used in our evaluation. These units are in the same condition as any other pre-modified cable modem sold by Theoryshare, and are perfect for a hobbyist who wants to collect some rarely modified modems. |
