I am new to this site and I decided to sign up because the site said Broadband Experts so if you guys can't help me out with my situation, no one can.

I am extremely happy with my download speeds. However, I hate my upload and that’s why I am switching to Verizon FiOS 20/5 or even 20/20 Internet in about 2 weeks simply because 5-20 megabit upload speeds would work really well for me.

I currently have an uncapped SB5101 SurfBoard Modem and I am still doing about 30-35,000kbps according to speedtest.net which I believe to be impressive. I have even got spikes in the cable line which tested 40-50,000kbps on multiple test sites. Keep in mind that I was only able to achieve this speed using a variety of download boosters, web accelerators and Internet Pipe Enhancers. I even have this Program called Modem Booster but I think it’s over rated. I have new cable runs with new high quality connectors and a Broadband amplifier which does more for my video quality with TV’s than for my internet speeds sad to day but whatever. I have extensively tweaked both the internet and my PC for optimal performance over time.

Spare me the legal issues and I am hoping that someone here can tell me how to softmod my cable modem without having to buy anything and open up the modem since it belongs to my ISP anyways. I need step by step instructions for a dummy or baby because my time is really limited. I am thinking either hacked firmware software which will unlimit my speeds or using something called DOCSIS Force or whatever.

I am pretty sure there is a simple easy way to do this according to all the geeks showing off there uncapped download/upload speeds on YouTube.

I have NYC Time Warner Cable Road Runner and here is what my peak speed is thus far. I have the Standard Speed package with them which is 10mbps / 512kbps with PowerBoost. Please send all or any reply's to my message box here or my email address. Thank You
